How do your services work ?

You can choose us as your service provider for Solo Boosting, Duo Boosting, Coaching, and many other Special Orders. After we receive your payment, you will be redirected to an Order Details page where you can track progress and be updated with your order! For detailed instructions: take a look at our Tutorial Video!

What happens after I pay ?

After payment, you are redirected to your Order Details page, where you can update your future booster/coach about your personal details, schedule time, or leave any notes and concerns before they begin working with you!

Can my booster play with specific summoner spells ?

You are able to select which order of summoner spells you would like! For example: if you play with Flash on F, you can select Flash for Summoner Spell 2 in the Extra Options on our Order Page!

The server I play on isn’t listed on your website ?

We are looking to go world-wide in the future, we cannot operate on every single server due to language issues- but this will change in the near-future so stay tuned!

How does Coaching work ?

Coaching is very simple, visit our Coaching Page to learn all about it!

Am I able to get a Known Streamer or Player Boosting me ?

Yes, you can! Their prices are not the same as the prices listed. If you would like their prices, use our Contact Form to find out more!

I have a question that is not stated in the FAQ ?

Is your website still under construction ?

We are always updating our website, to stay up-to-date with the system and ensure our customers get the best possible servicing they can. It is true that we are not fully done with our website, so more design related features and pages will open up in the future!

Will the boosters talk to my league friends or be toxic on my account ?

Our boosters are very closely monitored and abide by our Team Rules very strictly, they get heavily penalized for breaking any of the rules, which includes excessive talking on the customer account. At the end of the day, boosters who wish to be fully paid for a job well done will not speak on your account as they do not get payment until after they have served you.

Do the Boosters have access to my Hextech Loot, BE, and RP ?

Our boosters are not allowed to use any type of transaction while on your account without your consent.

What if the Booster steals my account ?

It is not possible for anyone to steal your account without knowing having access to your specific E-Mail address that only the original owner has access to.

Can I play on my account while you are working on it ?

You are able to play on your account during a boosting service as long as the booster is aware that you are going to do so. Logging onto your account while your booster is in game or on your account is very dangerous, so please refrain from randomly logging on your account.

What If I gain less than 16 LP a game, can I still use the Division Boost Option ?

If you win less than 16 league points a game, your MMR is very low. In this case, Division Boosting is not an option. Please use Net Wins instead- this improves your MMR and will help you in the future as you will gain more and more league points.

Can I be banned for Boosting ?

There is always a chance that this may happen, here at L9EB we try our best to minimize the chances of your account getting banned but ultimately, we are not at fault if your account does get banned for Boosting. However if your account gets banned due to reasons that are not Boosting, we will do our best to get your account back and compensate for you in a fair agreement.

Can my booster play with specific summoner spells ?

You are able to select which order of summoner spells you would like! For example: if you play with Flash on F, you can select Flash for Summoner Spell 2 in the Extra Options on our Order Page!

Can I talk to my Booster ?

You are able to talk to our booster when you are redirected to Order Details after you purchase, the booster may not be there right away but you are able to see the status of your order on the Order Details page. You are able to leave notes for your booster and talk in the chat, be ensured that your booster will see your notes and chat!

My Booster isn’t doing so hot, can I request to switch Boosters ?

If you are not satisfied with your booster, you may request for a new booster by chatting with your current one they will accept your request 90% of the time. Boosters are not 100% perfect, they still lose games! Don’t pressure them too hard as not every game can be winnable.

I bought a wrong boost, or I selected the wrong Server/Division etc. What should I do ?

Contact live support or use our contact form immediately. Leave a note for the booster that may end up taking your order saying that you will be contacting admin for an incorrect order placement.

I am not satisfied with the completion of my order, can I get a Refund ?

Once a service has been completed, it cannot be refunded. If you are not happy with your order, please leave a review or contact us and tell us why you were unsatisfied. We will do our best to fix the problem.

How much time does it take to complete boosting ?

Services vary depending on the order. Factors include the scheduling of your boosters, how many games/divisions are purchased, and other factors we cannot control. Our team of boosters will try their best to finish your order ASAP so they can begin their next one and be paid on time!

Which payment methods do you accept ?

We only accept PayPal payments as of right now, we will roll out more payment options as we progress!

Payment is not going through from PayPal, what should I do ?

If your payment is not going through, contact us using the Contact Form. We will try our best to solve the problem.

What are Special Orders and how do they work ?

Special Orders are only available from us at L9EB. We offer these Special Services as a unique way to express what we are able to do for our customers.

What Rank are your Boosters ?

All of our Boosters are Verified Grandmaster or Challenger as of CURRENT. Meaning any non-Grandmaster or Challenger as of this second will not be taking your Boosting Order! This does not apply for Coaching, as Master Players are able to Coach for us. For more information about our Boosters and how strict we are about our team, visit Join Our Page.

How many Boosters or Coaches do you have ?

We have an approximate 70 Employees working for us at all times, this is divided into a few different servers and we are able to take your order within five minutes 99% of the time.

I heard a lot of Known Streamers and Players work for you, is that true ?

It is true! We have a lot of Known Players and Streamers in the League Community working and coaching for us. Although we cannot confirm and disclose names, be ensured that they will have to follow all rules just like any regular booster when working!

I want to Elo Boost or Coach for your website, what should I do ?
